and Jefferson and Emanuel Counties of the Middle Judicial Circuit,
as well as in the area comprising United States Courts Southern
District of Georgia. However, Mr. House handles cases throughout
Georgia involving various matters. |

of law with emphasis and concentration in the areas of business
litigation, employment and discrimination law, cases involving wrongful
death, serious personal injury cases, ERISA, FLSA, insurance coverage
and benefit cases, and administrative law cases before all state
agencies, county and other governmental entities, as well as many
federal agencies. |

The firm handles trials and appeals in all Georgia
courts and in federal district courts and the United States Court
of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Cases are handled in traditional
courts as well as in mediation and arbitration. Mr. House also furnishes
